How can I order at CROCUS ?

1. Shopping Cart

Choose the items you want to order by clicking on the button "Into Shopping Cart". Thus, your selection is put into the shopping cart. You can change this selection any time up to the sending of your order by changing the number of items, delete the selection by clicking on the box "Remove" or cancel the order process. Clicking on the button "Checkout" will get you to the next order step.

2. Checkout

Please sign in with your e-mail address and your password if you already have an account. Otherwise, please register as new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used subject to the data protection provisions (Privacy). An ulterior utilisation or sharing with third parties does not take place. If you are already ssigned in you can now choose the mode of shipment. By clicking on the button "Continue" you will proceed to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / select method of payment

Check your billing address now and select your preferred method of payment. By clicking on the button "Continue" you will proceed to the next order step.

4. Check address for dispatch / select mode of shipment

Check your address for dispatch now and select your preferred mode of shipment. By clicking on the button "Continue" you will proceed to the next order step.

5. Complete order process / Terms & Conditions and Privacy

You will receive an summary of your order: the chosen items, the billing address and address for dispatch and your contact details. Check if all information is correct and please read the General Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation policy (tick the box). By clicking on the button "Buy now" you transmit your order to us. Hereby, you submit an legally binding offer.
